Terra Bella Flowers provides fresh, perishable floral arrangements.

Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of flowers, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once delivery has been completed.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Quality Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with review, customers may be asked to provide:

• Clear photographs of the product

• Order number

• Description of the issue

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Resolution Options

Where a claim is deemed valid, Terra Bella Flowers may, at its sole discretion:

• Offer a replacement product

• Provide a partial refund

• Issue store credit

• Offer another reasonable resolution

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are subject to internal review.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Minor variations in flower type or shade

• Natural characteristics of fresh flowers

• Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

• Recipient unavailability

Seasonal substitutions may occur due to availability while maintaining overall value and design intent.

6. Delivery Issues

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

Terra Bella Flowers is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
