Can I choose a delivery time?
You can select from the available delivery windows at your cart. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing express (where available).

Are your bouquets exactly as shown in the photos?
We keep the style and overall look consistent. Since flowers are seasonal and freshness comes first, some stems may vary — we’ll always maintain the same colour palette and value.
Can I request a specific flower or colour palette?
Yes — as long as it’s in season and available. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do you take corporate orders or regular deliveries?
Yes. We handle corporate gifting and recurring orders. Share what you need and we’ll recommend the best options.
How should I care for my bouquet?
Trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water, and keep the bouquet away from direct sun and heat. Refresh the water daily for best results.
What is your refund or replacement policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. (We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.)
